Granite Bay Collectibles – Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

We hand-inspect, sleeve, and securely package every order to protect the condition of your cards.

Please allow 1-3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays) for us to process and hand off your shipment to the carrier. Large or high-value orders may require an extra day.


2. Shipping Method & Transit Time

*Delivery windows are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed; weather or peak-season volume can add time. 


3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive an email (or SMS if selected) with tracking as soon as your label is created.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the first USPS scan.


4. Signature Confirmation

For any single-package subtotal of $500 or more we automatically add USPS Signature Confirmation to ensure safe delivery.

For smaller orders you may opt in at checkout for a small fee.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If USPS returns a package to us as “Undeliverable” we will contact you:

1. Reshipment—pay the actual Priority Mail Flat Rate fee; or

2. Store Credit—receive a credit for the product price minus original shipping.


7. International Shipping

We currently ship only to U.S. addresses (all 50 states, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories). Check back soon as we explore safe, insured options for global collectors.


8. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you once USPS marks the package “Accepted.” We recommend selecting Signature Confirmation and ensuring someone can receive high-value deliveries.


9. Holidays, Pre-Orders & Backorders

USPS does not count Sundays or federal holidays as transit days. 

Pre-order items ship within 1-3 business days of our receiving product from the distributor.

We do not accept backorders; only in-stock items can be purchased.


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update shipping terms to reflect carrier rate changes or operational needs. The version posted at the time your order is placed will govern that shipment.
