Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Because every Pokémon card we sell is a unique, investment-grade collectible, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than those listed in Section 2. This protects the integrity of our inventory and shields both you and us from tampering, card-swapping, and other forms of fraud that unfortunately plague the hobby. We appreciate your understanding and support in keeping the market fair for all collectors.

2. If Something Goes Wrong

While returns aren’t possible, we will always make things right when:

Your order arrives damaged in transit
Take photos of the outer packaging and all damaged items and email support@granitebaycollectibles.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll file the carrier claim and either replace the item (if another copy is available) or issue store credit equal to the purchase price.

Your package is lost or the wrong item was shipped
Contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. After we verify the issue with the carrier and our fulfillment logs, we’ll reship the correct item or issue store credit.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders lock in your cards immediately and remove them from public inventory. For that reason we cannot guarantee a cancellation once payment is complete. If you need help, email us at support@granitebaycollectibles.com within one hour of placing the order and we’ll do our best—though cancellation is not guaranteed.


4. Authenticity Guarantee

Every sealed product or graded card we list is sourced directly from licensed distributors, The Pokémon Company, or reputable grading services (PSA, BGS, CGC). Raw singles are inspected in-house by experienced graders. We stand behind the authenticity of each item 100%.


5. Payment, Taxes & Currency

All prices are shown and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We currently accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.


6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier registers the shipment as “delivered.” Signature confirmation is optional at checkout and strongly recommended for high-value orders.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Granite Bay Collectibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) in question.


8. Governing Law & Disputes

This policy and any transactions with Granite Bay Collectibles are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
